摘要
从工业工程(Industrial Engineering,IE)的工作研究和时间研究出发,结合信息技术(Information technology,IT),构建IE+IT的黄金搭档,从信息化的角度来研究基础IE理论。使用达宝易软件对"安装接插件并焊锡"工序视频的分析,找出所含不合理动作。对其进行时间研究与动作改善,优化操作基本动素,减少该工序时间,将达宝易软件应用于工作研究的信息化解决方案,使工作效率提高20.93%,提高了现场IE的分析效率和企业竞争力。
Based on Work Study（WS） and Time Study（TS） in Industrial Engineering（IE）,combined with the Information Technology（IT）,this paper builds the golden partner of IE and IT,then studies the fundamental IE theory on the view of information. By using software Double-E, analyzes the video of ＂installed connectors and solder＂,tries to find out the unreasonable actions. Through time study and action promotion,optimizes the operation of the basic factors, and saves this units time of working as well. Finally,it comes up with the informational solution applied to Work Study of software Double-E. This makes working efficient risen by 20.93%, and improves both analysis efficiency of IE and the competitiveness of enterprises.
