摘要 H.264标准标志着视频压缩技术的最新进展,其采用一系列最新的压缩技术提高了压缩率。该文重点介绍了视频编码新标准H.264的关键技术,并阐述了它在数字电视、高清晰度电视以及移动通信等方面的应用前景。 H.264 standard marks the latest advance of video compression technology, which uses a series of the latest compression techniques to improve compression rate. This paper focused on the key technology of video coding standard H.264, and elaborated its application prospect in digital TV, HDTV and mobile communication.
