摘要
通过系统梳理ISO9000族管理体系、安全风险管理体系、ITIL体系等现代管理体系,结合南方电网调度控制运行管理现状,对南方电网调度控制运行业务与国际标准管理体系进行了匹配性分析,提出了适合南方电网调度控制运行管理的标准体系架构。
After systematically combing the characteristics of the ISO9000 management system, safety risk management system, ITIL system and other modern management systems, and considering the current management situation of CSG in scheduling control operation,this paper made a matching analysis between the business of scheduling control operation and international standard management system,finally established a standard management architecture for China Southern Power Grid.
