摘要 本文首先对层次分析法(AHP)的原理进行了简单的介绍,并且构建出应用于水电站工程的计算模型矩阵。同时引入风险评价的概念,从水电站工程建设的目标入手探索其价值与功能间的关系。为了能够促进经济增长,提高公用安全,我国必须尽可能快的贯彻"风险"管理的理念,并且将其应用于整个水电站工程建设环节当中,并且完善工程管理体系,力求可以早日与国际接轨。 This paper introduced the principles of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and built a computational model matrix to hydropower projects, at the same time introduced the concept of risk assessment and explored the relationship between value and functionality from the target of hydropower construction. In order to promote economic growth and improve public safety, China must implement the "risk" management philosophy as quickly as possible, and apply it the entire construction of hydropower stations and complete project management system, to strive to early line with international standards.
