组织绩效评价是工程项目管理理论和实践体系中重要的环节,是组织多方面研究的重要依据,选择有效的方法对组织绩效进行评价至关重要。引入模糊综合评价方法,并运用模糊综合评价法建立组织整体的绩效评价体系,对代建制管理组织绩效评价具有重要意义。
