摘要
本文在对"两新"团组织的建设情况进行调研的基础上,结合我国"两新"团组织的实际情况,验证了其团建成熟度模型的有效性,提出了改进和加强的对策及建议。
Based on the survey of construction situation of ＂double-new＂ Youth League organization, and combined with the actual situation of ＂double-new＂ Youth League organization in China, the effectiveness of the league construction maturity model is verified and suggestions for improvement and enhancement are put forward.
