摘要
针对目前城市轨道交通项目中对风险评价指标权重确定方法的不足,本文提出了主客观相结合对评价指标进行赋权的方法—熵权-层次组合赋权法,即先采用层次分析法确定城市轨道交通项目风险评价指标体系权重,再利用熵权法对层次分析法得到的权重进行一定的修正和调节,得到城市轨道交通项目风险评价指标体系的最终权重值,使得风险评价更具合理性。研究结论为城市轨道交通项目的风险管理提供决策参考。
Aiming at the problems that the risk evaluation index weight of urban rail transit project, the article brings forward a new method of assigning the index named entropy- hierarchy combination assigning method, which combines the subjective weight with objective weigh. Firstly the method is adopted to establish the risk evaluation index system weights by Analytic Hierarchy Process, then Entropy Weights is used to adjust and regulate the weight of Analytic Hierarchy Process and final weights is establish risk evaluation index system of urban rail transit project. Entropy-Hierarchy combination assigning method makes the risk evaluation more reasonable. As a result, the study conclusion provides decision-making reference for risk management of urban rail transport project.
