供应链管理中的“牛鞭效应”研究综述

Research on the "Bullwhip Effect" in the Supply Chain Management

随着全球化的竞争不断加剧,企业间的竞争逐渐转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。"牛鞭效应"的出现使供应链系统运作效率低下,日渐成为供应链研究的焦点。通过对"牛鞭效应"的定义及危害等方面进行简单阐述,就"牛鞭效应"的成因及减弱方法进行了梳理,并对未来供应链管理中的"牛鞭效应"进行了预测和展望。

With the intense competition in economy globalization, competition between enterprises gradually transformed into that between supply chains. The Bullwhip Effect made low operation in supply chain system, which has become the focus of supply chain management theory research. In this paper, the definition and the damage of the Bullwhip Effect were briefly introduced, its cause and method to decrease the Bullwhip Effect were analyzed, and the Bullwhip Effect in future supply chain was forecasted and predicted.
