低电压应力Z源逆变器研究

摘要 提出了一种低电压应力Z源电路拓扑,该电路通过二极管的控制,在直通时对电感进行并联充电,在非直通时使电感串联放电,从而以较短的直通占空比获得较大的升压比,达到降低功率开关电压应力的目的。分析了电路的工作原理并进行了仿真与实验研究,结果验证了电路的有效性。 This paper proposed a kind of low voltage stress Z-source inverter topology. In the topology, the induetors of Z-source can be connected alternatively in parallel during the time of shoot-through and in series during the other time. Thus the network can obtain a high boost factor with a small shoot-through duty ratio and can decrease the voltage stress across the switch divices greatly. The principle of the topology was analyzed in detail, the simulation and experiment were made as well. The results verified the validity of the topology.
