This paper mainly introduces the common application of welding and repair technology in the maintenance practices, and detailedly introduces the different contrul technologies of solving the different problems in the welding process. Through the weldability of the material, the structure characteristics of the repair parts and the using requirements of the welding structures, the repair plans are put forward, and the feasible welding process is made to improve the welding quality and increase the intensity of the parts.
