3D Design and Installation of the Pressure Leaking Stoppage Fixture Based on Pro/E

本文通过实例介绍了用Pro/E对带压堵漏专用夹具的设计与装配过程及带压堵漏安装工艺,解决了炼油、乙烯、氯碱、燃气、化工、发电厂、造纸厂、舰船、物业和家庭等各类管道、阀门、法兰和容器罐腐蚀穿孔跑冒滴漏,造成生产受阻问题,保证了各类生产单位及工厂的长周期运行。

Through the instance, this paper introduces the design and fabrication process of the special fixture and the installation technology of the pressure leaking stoppage by Pro/E. These solve the delayed produetion of the corrosion piercing leakage hourglass of all the pipes, valves, flange and containers of oil refining, ethylene, alkali, gas, chemical industry, power plants, paper mills, ships, property and family and ensure the long period operation of the production units and factories.
