摘要 模块功耗测试仪通过模拟通讯模块的实际运行环境,采用循环采集峰值的方式来进行模块功耗数值测试,是一种集动、静态功耗及开漏方式接口输出电平测试于一体的测试设备,其测试范围覆盖国网标准电能表、负控终端、集中器、采集器等产品的各种通讯模块。本文详细介绍了模块功耗测试仪的工作原理及数据采集处理流程,为用电采集领域的通讯模块功耗测试提供了理论依据。 The instrument measuring the power consumption of the module simulations the real runtime environment of the communication module. Then it measures the power consumption of the module by recurrently collecting the peak. It is an integrative testing instrument which can measure the dynamic power consumption, the static power consumption and the output voltage of the interface in the open drain mode. It can measure all kinds of module such as the state Grid standard electrical meter, the controlled terminal device, the concentrator and the collector. This paper introduced the operating principle and data processing procedures of the measuring instrument in detail and produced a theoretical basis for measuring the power consumption of the communication module in the electrical field.
