摘要
交通系统是否能够满足人们出行活动舒适、安全、便捷、准时、经济地到达目的地的要求,可以采用可达性这一指标来衡量。现有研究多是从交通供给角度测度可达性可以给交通使用者提供怎样一种服务,不足以从微观角度衡量个体到达某一区位的机会和能力。本文试图从个体出行需求角度出发,运用随机效用理论,将出行者出行行为看成消费者的选择行为,构建基于居民出行需求的个体可达性分析框架。
Whether the transportation system can meet the requirements of comfortably, safely, conveniently and economically reaching the destination or not can be measured by the index of accessibility. Most of the existing researches are to measure the accessibility can provide what kind of services for the user from the perspective of traffic supply, which is not enough to measure the opportunity and ability of individual to a certain location from the microscopic view. This paper tries to use the random utility theory to consider the travel behavior as a choice behavior of consumer from individual travel demand and build the individual accessibility analysis framework based on the travel demand of residents.
