矿井配电网电压无功协调控制系统的研究

摘要 针对矿井由于开采深度、层次、用电负荷经常变化,矿井配电网呈现配电半径长,功率因数低,线路损耗大,末端电压欠电压严重的现象。研究建立一套矿井配电网全网电压无功协调控制系统,根据实际负荷变化及短期负荷预测,实现变电站、传输线路及配电移变电压无功补偿的三级联调控制,确保矿井配电网的无功规划优化及运行优化,消除"欠电压"现象,降低网损、提高供电质量、保证设备安全可靠运行。 Because the mining depth, level, power load of the mine change frequently, mine distribution network shows the phenomenon of long distribution radius, low power factor, large line losses, and serious under voltage of the terminal. Studying the establishment of a set of mine distribution network voltage reactive power coordinated control system, according to the actual load changes and short-term load forecasting, this paper realizes three cascading regulation of substation, transmission lines and distribution shift voltage reactive power compensation, ensures the optimization of reactive power planning and operation of mine distribution network, eliminates the “under voltage” phenomenon, decreases network loss, and improve power quality, to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
