摘要
根据液压支架销轴的受力状况,基于ANSYS建立有限元分析模型,采用映射网格划分的方法,分别对不同直径的销轴的应力分布情况进行模拟,最终确定满足生产要求的销轴。得到的结果既满足了载荷要求,又节约了成本。
According to the hydraulic support pin shaft stress condition, the finite element analysis model is established based on ANSYS, using the mapped mesh method, respectively, the different diameter of the pin shaft stress distribution was simulated, finally the pin shaft that meets the produetion requirements is determined. The results obtained can meet the load requiremenls, and also saved the cost.
