浅谈高大截面反力墙预埋管高精度预埋施工方法

摘要 本施工方法采用门式定位控制架对预埋管精确定位;采用预埋管专用支架固定预埋管,消除后续工序造成预埋管位置偏移;安装时对预埋管空间位置进行微调,使单个预埋管中心线最大偏差、多组预埋管空间位置偏差均小于2mm,使预埋管端面在同一垂直平面内。通过解决施工难点促进施工企业在施工过程中提高工程质量。 This construction technology uses gantry positioning control plane to determine the accurate position of embedded pipe, uses the special support of the embedded pipe to fix the embedded pipe and eliminate the position offset of the embedded pipe in follow-up process. The spatial location of embedded pipe should be fine adjusted in the installation to ensure the largest deviation of the single embedded pipe centerline and the deviation of spatial location of multiple sets of embedded pipe less than 2mm and make the end face of embedded pipes in the same vertical plane. The project quality of the construction enterprise in the construction process should be improved by solving the construction difficulties.
