民营养老机构服务标准化建设必要性研究

随着社会养老压力的加大,养老服务成为民众关心的重大民生问题。为了规范养老市场,国家陆续出台两项国家养老服务标准和三项行业标准,我国养老服务业取得了较为瞩目的成就,积累了很多经验,并且很大程度上吸引了民间资本的注入。民营养老机构由于其灵活化、产业化、规模化的特点越来越适应社会需求,然而由于国家相关法律不健全和缺乏针对民营养老机构的服务标准化,使得民营养老市场鱼目混杂,民营养老机构发展缓慢且不规范,面临前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。为规范养老市场从而有效缓解养老压力,实现民营养老机构效益最大化,对于民营养老机构服务标准化的研究显得十分必要。

As the social endowment pressure increase,pension services become a major livelihood issue that people care about. In order to standardize the pension market, the state developed two national pension service standards and three industry standards. Endowment service industry has made more achievement in China and accumulated a lot of experience, then largely attracted private capital injection. Private pension institutions, due to its flexible, industrialization, and scale characteristics, more and more adapt to the needs of society. However, the lack of standardization of services and relevant national law makes a slow development of private pension institutions. To alleviate effectively the pressure of the pension, and realize the maximum benefits of private pension institutions, the research of pension market for private pension agency services standardization is very necessary.
