我国R&D投入对于科技创新的时滞效应研究 被引量:17

A Study on the Time Lag Effect of China' s R&D Input on Science and Technology Innovation

摘要 应用时间序列的VAR模型,对我国2000年-2011年R&D投入与科技创新能力的数据进行动态分析。使用平稳性检验、稳定性检验、脉冲响应函数分析、方差分析和格兰杰检验。证明R&D投入对于科技创新的正向影响,发现我国R&D投入对于科技创新的影响期约为1-4年左右,我国R&D投入偏向于见效快的实验发展而不是基础研究和应用研究。并提出针对我国R&D政策的建议。 By utilizing the VAR model, unit root test, stability test, impulse response function, variance decomposition and Granger test, the paper researched the dynamic impact of China' s R&D input on science and technology innovation. The research concluded that R&D input had a positive effect on science and technology innovation; the time lag effect of R&D input was 1 - 4 years ; China' s R&D input focused on experimental development.
