基于系统动力学的企业R&D活动过程的演化机理研究

Evolution Mechanism of Corporate R&D Activities Process from the Perspective of System Dynamics

以企业R&D活动过程为研究对象,从政府与企业R&D投入的研究视角,基于企业技术中心的创新体系,建立R&D投入与创新产出中间过程的系统动力学模型。实证分析混合R&D投入下企业R&D筹资子系统、支出子系统和产出子系统间的结构关系和动态演化过程。研究发现,企业R&D筹资过程相比R&D支出过程,对创新活动的促进效果更为显著;企业充分发挥了其在创新过程中的主体地位,无论是企业自身的R&D筹资额增加,还是对企业内部的研发支出增加,都会促进创新效应。

The process of corporate R＆D activities as the research objective from the perspective of R＆D investment is ad- dressed in this paper. Based on enterprise technology center＇ s innovation system, the system dynamics model on the inter- mediate innovation process between R＆D investment and innovation output is established. And then the simulation analysis on the three subsystems of corporate R＆D financing, expenditure and output, in the framework of mixed R＆D investment is employed. The empirical analysis suggests that, compared with the R＆D expenditure process, the promoting effect of R＆D financing process on the R＆D activities is more significant. The enterprise plays a significant dominant role in the innovation process, and it exists a positive influence on innovation effect both in the R＆D financing and expenditure process.
