摘要
基于江苏省8034份调查数据,在分析科技人员薪酬满意度的基础上,运用结构方程模型对科技人员薪酬激励路径进行了研究。研究表明科技人员的薪酬水平、公平感知与工作感受对薪酬满意度均有显著影响,其中公平感知影响最大,此外科技人员薪酬水平对其公平感知及工作感受也都有显著的正向影响。
Compensation satisfaction is an important factor of working enthusiasm and job performance. In this paper, we studied STP' s compensation satisfaction and its influencing factors by using Structural Equation Model based on the 8034 questionnaires in Jiangsu Province. Research showed that STP' s compensation level, fair perception and work experience had all significant influence on compensation satisfaction, in which fair perception had the highest impact, and STP' s compensation level had significant influence on fair perception and work experience.
