摘要 建设大中型灌区用水监控体系对我国农业用水效率提高具有积极促进作用。在分析我国大中型灌区用水监控现状的基础上,建立大中型灌区用水效率监控体系,主要包括用水计量监测体系(用水计量监测管理制度和用水信息统计制度)、用水效率评价体系(评价指标体系和评价方法)、信息反馈机制(奖惩机制和调控措施)。研究结果可为国家水资源监控能力建设项目和"百千千"重点用水单位监控工程建设提供技术支撑。 Establishment of monitoring system in large and medium irrigation districts is vital to the increase of agricultural water use efficiency in China. A monitoring system for large and medium irrigation districts is created that includes metering monitoring (approaches of monitoring and management of water metering, and data collection and statistics), evaluation of water use efficiency (assessment indicator system and assessment approaches), and information feedback mechanism (approaches of reward and punishment, and regulation measures). The study results can be used as technical support for the national major projects.
