关于渠南灌区现代化建设与发展的思考

Modernization construction and development of Qunan Irrigation District

国家大型灌区淮安渠南灌区自2000年以来,实施了10期灌区续建配套与节水改造项目,取得了良好的效益。在进行工程建设的同时,渠南灌区不断总结经验,发展创新,在引水调度、生态化建设、建筑物形象、节水技术、管理体制和工程管理等方面形成了显著的特点。探讨总结其现代化建设历程,对国家大型灌区的发展改革具有积极意义。

After the completion of large-scale irrigation scheme of Qunan, the irrigation district has been expanded and rehabilitated for ten times since 2000, which has improved water use efficiency. Achievements have been made in terms of water diversion and regulation, ecosystem restoration, application of water-saving technologies, perfection of management system and project management by means of summarizing experiences and taking innovative approaches. The modernization process of the irrigation district is reviewed which shall be of great significance to the reform and development of large irrigation district in China.
