摘要
基于传热学知识和CFX空气动力学分析软件,研究了某闸片各散热面的对流换热系数在制动过程中的变化情况;考虑了闸片不同表面粗糙度、不同初始温度和制动时间对换热系数的影响。结果表明:各散热面的对流换热系数随制动时间的增加而明显减小;不同闸片初始温度对换热系数值的影响很小;不同闸片表面粗糙度,对流换热系数差别不大。
The convective-heat-transfer coefficients of some brake-pad surfaces were studied based on knowledge of heat transfer and CFX. The different surface roughness, initial temperature and braking time were taken into account. The result shows that the convective-heat-transfer coefficients of the surfaces decrease greatly with the rise of braking time. But the different surface roughness and initial brake temperature have little effect on the coefficients.
