摘要
水温18-20℃,测定了间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲磺酸盐及丁香油对锦鲤血液生化指标及酶活性的影响。试验用鱼体长12-15cm,体质量30-40g。试验设置4个麻醉组(80mg/L、120mg/L的间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲磺酸盐,30mg/L、60mg/L的丁香油)及一个对照组。对间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲磺酸盐组锦鲤进行血液分析结果表明,锦鲤麻醉后的血糖质量浓度高于复苏后,而复苏后血糖质量浓度高于麻醉前,差异均显著(P〈0.05);麻醉后和复苏后锦鲤的尿素氮质量浓度均低于麻醉前,差异显著(P〈0.05);麻醉后锦鲤谷丙转氨酶活力高于麻醉前和复苏后,差异显著(P〈0.05);低质量浓度组麻醉后锦鲤溶菌酶活力显著高于麻醉前(P〈0.05),而高质量浓度组麻醉后溶菌酶活力显著低于麻醉前(P〈0.05)。对丁香油组锦鲤进行血液分析结果表明,麻醉后锦鲤谷丙转氨酶活力均显著高于麻醉前和复苏后(P〈0.05);高质量浓度丁香油组麻醉后锦鲤谷草转氨酶活力显著高于麻醉前(P〈0.05);低质量浓度丁香油组麻醉后及复苏后锦鲤的溶菌酶活力均显著高于麻醉前(P〈0.05)。间氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲磺酸盐及丁香油对以上各种酶均有一定的抑制作用,且抑制作用随麻醉剂质量浓度增加而增大,但这些抑制作用均为可逆,在解除麻醉作用后,酶活性即可恢复。
The anesthesia effects of MS-222 and clove oil(80and 120mg/L MS-222 and 30and 60mg/L clove oil)on haematological biochemistry parameters of koi carp Cyprinus carpio with body length of 12-15 cm and body weight of 30—40g were investigated at water temperature of(18—20)℃.The results showed that there was significantly higher plasma glucose in koi carp anesthetized by MS-222 than that in pro-anesthesia and recovery koi carp(P〈0.05).The blood urea nitrogen levels and activitiy of alanine aminotransferase was found to be significantly lower in post-anesthetized and recovery koi carp than those in pro-anaesthetized koi carp(P〈0.05).The lysozyme(LZM)activity was significantly higher in post-anesthetized koi carp than pro-anaesthetized ones in low concentration of MS-222 anesthesia groups(P〈0.05).In high concentration of MS-222 anesthesia groups,the LZM activity was significantly lower in post-anesthetized koi carp than pro-anaesthetized(P〈0.05).The activitiy of alanine aminotransferase was significantly higher in post-anaesthetized groups than in pro-anesthetized and recovery groups(P〈0.05).The activity of aspartate aminotransferase was significantly higher in post-anaesthetized groups than proanesthetized groups in high concentration of clove oil anesthesia groups(P〈0.05).The LZM activities were significantly higher in post-anaesthetized and recovery groups than in pro-anaesthetized at low concentration of clove oil(P〈0.05).The findings indicate that both MS-222 and clove oil have inhibiting effect on these enzyme activities,the higher the concentration is,the inhibiting effect heavier is,and the inhibiting effect is reversible.
