摘要
为确保铁米尔苏二级水电站工程的安全,在查明阿克恰衣苏河泥石流形成条件的基础上,分析其泥石流的活动和堆积特征;运用刘希林的一次泥石流堆积范围模型,结合泥石流现场调查实际情况及室内外试验相关参数结果,推测泥石流暴发后的堆积形态,并用周必凡公式和张金山公式对阿克恰衣苏沟泥石流堵河情况进行预测分析。结果表明:阿克恰衣苏河的泥石流为中型规模的稀性泥石流;100年一遇的泥石流可能造成影响安全的堵河情况;50年一遇的泥石流可能造成局部堵河,建议在工程实施时,应采取预防措施,以保安全。
To ensure the safety in the project of Tiemiersu II Hydro-power Station, the features of activities and accumulation of debris flow at Akeqiayisu River were studied according to the formation conditions of this debris flow. This paper, by using the combination of LIU Xilin's model for the area of mudslide accumulation, the field investigation on debris flow, and the results of related parameters from indoor & outdoor test, speculated the accumulation form of debris flow after its occurrence and, with ZHOU Bifan's and ZHANG Jinshan's formula, the condition of the river blocked by debris flow at Akeqiayisu Gully was predicted and analyzed. The result shows that the debris flow at Akeqiayisu River is a medium-scale debris flow; hundred-year debris flow there may cause safety-impacted river blocking, and 50-year debris flow there may lead to local river blocking; thus it is suggested that the prevention measures should be taken in engineering construction to ensure the safety.
