摘要
当前,运行中的热水锅炉因污物沉积过量时常发生锅筒鼓包事故。原因是现行热水锅炉排污装置存在对污物的不适用性问题。本文创新研究的热水锅炉污物沉积防止装置由设置在锅筒底部的辐射状吸污长管、锅外沉淀式除污器、管式过滤器和反冲洗管组成。污物通过这种装置可连续的得到沉淀和过滤,净化后的清水则由系统循环泵送入锅炉。这种热水锅炉污物沉积防止装置避免了污物在锅内沉积,从而实现了热水锅炉的安全经济运行。
Currently, drum shape deformation of cylindrical body accident occurred frequently when there is filth deposition in hot-water boiler. The inapplicability between the hot water boiler blowdown device and filth deposition is the main reason. The hot water boiler filth deposition arrester proposed in this paper is composed of radial suction tube at the bottom of drum, pot dirt separator, tubular filter and precipitation type anti flushing tube. Dirt can be continuous precipitated and filtered, and the purified water can be circularly pumped into the boiler. This device avoids the dirt deposition, reaches the goal of safety energy-saving.
