摘要
本文从钢丝绳应用现状出发,分析了重物下降过程中,卷筒突然停转或者制动器突然闭合时,钢丝绳上张力的变化规律。借助拉伸试验机反复进行钢丝绳拉伸试验,得到了钢丝绳的刚性系数k。通过实例计算,验证了钢丝绳最大张力的一种计算方法 .
Firstly, this paper deduced the wire rope tension formula of the roll or brake stopped suddenly, when the load is dropping. Secondly, the wire rope stiffness coefficient is tested by a wire rope tensile machine. Finally, the maximum tension on the wire rope is calculated in an example.
