摘要
针对一台锅炉扩容改造后多次出现过热器爆管事故,通过的检验与分析,认为造成过热器爆管是由于扩容改造后锅炉超负荷运行蒸汽严重带水所至,而运行期间锅炉水质不稳定、高水位运行进一步加剧了蒸汽带水量,汽水分离装置超过了最大允许负荷,过热器管内积盐垢,最后导致蠕变胀粗爆管。并根据事故原因,采取措施和方法,确保锅炉安全运行。
This paper analyses the reasons for the repeated bursts of the pipe in the superheater ot a ctliatecl boiler. Based on tests and analyses, the author attributes the bursts to the excessive water in the steam produced by the overrun boiler. The unstable water quality and high water level lead to the overrunning of the water-steam separator and accumulate carbonate scale on the wall of the pipe in the superheater which results in deformation and creep, and at last, burst. The author suggests taking countermeasures to ensure the safe operation of boilers.
