当前我国农村土地承包经营权流转中的法律问题分析

随着农村经济的发展,土地流转在我国农村兴起,但在农村土地承包经营权流转中仍然有很多问题。目前我国农村土地承包经营权流转过程中存在土地征收制度不合理、土地调整频繁、土地登记制度不完善、土地流转价格不合理等问题,可以通过完善征地程序、限制土地调整对象、强化登记的法律效力、建立合理的土地定价机制予以解决。

With the development of agriculture and rural economy, land contract and management in China＇ s rural circulation rise. However, there exist many problems in the rural land contracting right. This paper analyzed such problems as land expropriation, frequent adjustment of land, land registration system, and land transfer price to propose suggestions on the improvement of the process of land acquisition, the restriction of land adjustment object, strengthening the legal effect of registration of land, and the establishment of a rational pricing mechanism.
