The wide application of traditional cultural factors in China＇ s animation works is the out- standing characteristic of China＇ s animation. Through analyzing the application of traditional cultural factors in a domestic animation works--＂ Qin＇s Moon＂, this present paper discussed the development prospects of China animation art and significance of the use of traditional cultural factors in animation art.
