高校学生党支部作为学生党员进行教育管理的有效载体,是高校党建工作改革和发展的基础。然而由于高校党支部在入党前培养与入党后教育失衡,学生党员个体忽略对自己主观世界的改造学习,党组织生活机制不完善等诸多原因,导致了高校学生党支部在建设工程中暴露出教育管理功能弱化、组织生活流行形式、先锋模范作用发挥不足等诸多问题,因而,继续探索并不断创新高校学生党支部建设,推进支部设置合理化、做到教育管理常态化、创新组织生活内容和形式,有效提高学生党员教育的实效性,对充分发挥学生党支部基层堡垒作用具有极其重要的意义。

Student branches for CPC are effective foundation for university reform and development. However, due to the education time the individual student group ignores their own mental learning, and imperfect mechanism led to weakening organizational life, vanguard role, and sufficient issues. Thus, it is series to explore and pursue student branch for CPC, which promotes the new form of organizational life. Meanwhile, it is effective to improve the varieties of student members education in daily life, that is to say, it is essential for student branches of CPC to play a meaningful and colorful role.
