新建地方本科院校师范生课堂教学技能培养的现状调查——以毕节学院为例

A Survey of the Cultivation of Students' Teaching Skills in Newly-built Local Colleges and Universities: A Case Study of Bijie University

以毕节学院为例,通过对新建地方本科院校师范生课堂教学技能培养的现状调查,发现新建地方本科院校是师范生课堂教学技能培养存在一些突出问题,并从转变教育教学思想观念,改进师范生课堂教学技能培养的方法和加快师范生培养的课程改革等几个方面提出有效地培养师范生的课堂教学技能的对策与建议。

This present paper takes Bijie University as an example to investigate the cultivation of students＇ teaching skills in newly -built local colleges and universities. The result revealed that there exist some problems in cultivating of students＇ teaching skills. Suggestions on how to change education concept, improve teaching skills training methods, and curriculum reform were proposed.
