摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,企业与员工之间的关系发生了变化,虚拟员工岗位以其低成本优势和灵活自由的特点受到企业与员工的青睐,这也给企业人力资源管理者带来了新的挑战。本文介绍了虚拟员工的特点及分布,梳理了企业与虚拟员工关系的四个阶段,包括关系建立前期、关系建立初期、关系互动期和关系结束期,并分析了企业虚拟员工人力资源管理在各个阶段面临的困境,最后提出相应的人力资源管理策略。
With the development of knowledge economy, the relationship between enterprises and employees has changed,with its advantage of low cost and the characteristics of flexibility and freedom, virtual employee positions are popular for enterprise and employees, it also has brought new challenges for human resource managers of corporate. This paper fffst introduces the characteristics and distribution of virtual employees, carding four stages of relationship between enterprise and virtual employees, including the pre-established relationship,the initial establishment of relationship, the interactions of relationship,the ending period of relationship, and analyzes the plights of human resource management of virtual employees in each stages,finally puts forward the corresponding management tactics.
