中国记忆项目资源组织初探

On the Resource Organization of China Memory Project

国家图书馆的中国记忆项目在资源建设层面围绕口述文献、影像文献的采集展开,对于完善图书馆文献资源体系和拓展图书馆服务领域具有重要意义。中国记忆资源具有可建设性、动态性、再生性、重复性、价值的潜在性等特点。项目自启动以来,已开展20余个专题的特色文献采集,积累了大量原始影像资源和照片、实物、非正式出版物等相关资料。初期资源采集以自建为主,合作共建为辅,随着资源建设的标准化、规范化和合作共建的深入开展,将逐渐形成共建为主、自建为辅的局面。资源组织计划按原始素材级、粗剪后的素材片、经过剪辑创作的成片三个层级进行整理保存。条件成熟时,中国记忆将与全国各地机构合作,整合地方记忆,建设国民记忆分享平台。

The collection of the China Memory Project of National Library of China is focused on the oral and audio-visual literature, which has important significance in improving library resource system and expanding library services. The resources of the China Memory Project have multiple characteristics, including constructive and dynamic property, reproducibility and repeatability, potentiality of value, and so on. Up to now, the characteristic literature about more than 20 topics have been collected, and a lot of original video resources and photos, physical materials, informal publications have been accumulated. During the initial period, we advocate collecting the resources mainly by ourselves and cooperative building as a supplementary. With the standardization and normali- zation of resource construction, and the deep-going development of cooperation, the situation will gradually reverse. We plan to organize and preserve the resources in three levels： raw materials, rough-cut fragments and final-cut works. In the future, the China Memory Project Center will cooperate with the institutions around China, promote the integration of local memories and develop the sharing platform of national memories. 3 tabs. 4 refs.
