摘要
以淮稻5号为试验材料,通过塑盘育秧方式,研究了不同水稻苗床调理剂和基质对机插秧秧苗素质的影响。结果表明,江苏科力和淮安柴米河基质育秧与对照相比,能显著降低苗高,增加茎基宽、叶面积、叶绿素含量以及地上部和地下部的生长量,提高根冠比、根系活力、盘结力和发根能力;而盐城春泉水稻苗床调理剂过度降低了苗高,减少了地上部和地下部的生长量,减弱了根系活力、盘结力和发根能力,虽根冠比显著增加,但个体性状表现不好,秧苗素质差。因此,江苏科力和淮安柴米河基质能提高机插秧秧苗素质,延长秧龄,值得推广应用。
The seedlings of japonica rice variety Huaidao No .5 were cultivated with plastic plate , and the effects of different rice seedbed conditioners and substrates on the quality of the mechanically -transplanted seedlings of this variety were studied .The results showed that:in comparison with the control , using the seedbed substrates “Jiangsu-keli” and“Huaian-chaimihe” could obviously reduce the seedling height , increase the basal stem width , leaf area, chlorophyll content , and weight of aboveground and belowground parts of the seedlings , and enhance the ratio of root to shoot , root activity , root twisting power and rooting capacity . However , applying the rice seedbed conditioner “Yancheng -chunquan” excessively decreased the seedling height , reduced the weight of aboveground and belowground parts of the seedlings , and weakened the root activity , root twisting power and rooting capac-ity;although the ratio of root to shoot was increased markedly , the performance of seedling individual characters was bad , and the quality of the seedlings was inferior .Therefore,“Jiangsu-keli” and “Huaian-chaimihe” could improve the quality of rice seed-lings for mechanical transplanting , and lengthen the age of the seedlings;thus these two kinds of rice seedbed substrates were worthy of being popularized and applied .
