43份割手密资源农艺性状遗传多样性评价 被引量:15

摘要 为揭示割手密种质资源的遗传多样性,对野外采集的43份材料的株高、叶长、叶宽、茎径、节数等15个重要农艺性状进行检测和分析。结果表明,参试材料在这15个性状上都表现出较大的遗传变异,变异系数在9.87%~206.37%之间。主成分分析显示7个主成分对变异的累计贡献率达86.66%,可作材料选择的重要依据。聚类分析将参试材料分为3类,其遗传关系与地理来源没有必然联系。 In order to analyze the genetic diversity of Chinese Saccharum spontaneum L., the study assessed the genetic diversity of the 43 Saccharum spontaneum L. Fifteen agronomic traits including number of internodes, height of plant, diameter of stalk, length of leaf and width of leaf etc. were evaluated. The results showed that high diversity was detected on all of the traits with coefficients variance varying from 9.87% to 206.37%. Principle component analysis showed that the first 7 main components made the contribution of 86.66% to variation,which offered the basis for the resources selection of breeding. All the materials could be divided into three main groups depending on the results of clustering analysis, and the genetic distance of accessioned Saccharum spontaneum L. had certain connections with its ~eo^raDhical distribution, but not inevitable connections.
