摘要
通过静态吸附、静态解吸及吸附动力学研究,对比分析了ADS-7、ADS-17、聚酰胺树脂、超高交联树脂和酚醛型树脂等5种大孔吸附树脂对橡胶乳清中白坚木皮醇的分离效果,同时探讨了ADS-17树脂在25℃下的等温吸附过程,并用Langmuir吸附等温线模型和Freundlich模型分别对吸附数据进行拟合。结果表明:5种树脂中,中极性的大孔吸附树脂ADS-17对白坚木皮醇的吸附效果最佳,吸附平衡时间约4 h,吸附量可达5.8 mg/g干树脂;且白坚木皮醇在ADS-17树脂上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温线模型,为单分子层吸附。
In the work, the characteristics of five macroporous resins including ADS-7, ADS-17, polyamide resin, hypercrosslinked resin and phenolic resin for the static adsorption, desorption and adsorption kinetics of quebrachitol from rubber latex serum extracts were evaluated. The Langmuir isotherm and Freundlich isotherm was used to describe the interactions between solutes and resins at 25 ℃. The results showed that a strong polar resin, ADS-17, with the adsorption capacity of 5.8 mg/g (dry resin) offered the highest adsorption and desorption capacity for quebrachitol than other resins. The adsorption process of ADS-17 at 25℃ accords with the Langmuir isotherm, which was proved to be the single molecule adsorption.
