摘要
基于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)的发射控制系统冗余技术在运载火箭地面测试发射控制系统中有着广泛的应用。现有运载火箭大多采用并联PLC发射控制方式来提高发射的可靠性,在实际发射中取得了一定的成功。但此方式本身存在着一定影响可靠性的潜在问题,一些问题会导致发射的推迟。本文从现有PLC发射控制系统存在的问题入手,提出几种替代的冗余架构解决方案,以可靠度计算数学模型为基础,对各种冗余方式进行可靠性和系统平均寿命的评估与分析,得出可靠性与系统平均寿命综合结果最优的冗余系统架构,对PLC在运载火箭发射控制系统中的应用具有指导意义。
The redundant technology based on programmable logical controller ( PLC ) is widely used in test launch and control system of launch vehicle and parallel connection PLC architecture is mostly adopted to raise the reliability of launch. It is proved to be successful in actual launch. However, there are still some potential problems of affecting reliability that may lead to launch delay. Finally, a most optimal redundant architecture is chosen by the assessment of reliability and average system life. It is significant to promote the application of PLC in launch and control system of launch vehicle.
