切开复位螺钉及钢板内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤15例分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨切开复位螺钉及微型钢板内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的疗效。方法应用切开复位技术,采用纵形3切口,选用螺钉及微型钢板内固定材料,对15例重型Lisfranc关节损伤患者进行治疗,观察其术后效果。结果本组均顺利手术,术后均未发生感染及骨筋膜室综合征。本组患者均获得随访,随访时间9~12个月,术后6个月根据美国足球外科协会AOFAS评分标准评估疗效,优3例,良7例,可5例,优良率66.7%。结论切开复位螺钉及微型钢板内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤可以获得良好的治疗效果。
