Recycled process of indirect electrochemical reduction in vat dyeing

摘要 在还原染料间接电化学循环染色中,采用三种媒介物质(氢氧化钠、硫酸铁、三乙醇胺)对还原大红R进行电化学染色,发现织物具有良好的匀染性,色光和鲜艳度与传统保险粉还原的染色织物基本相当。通过分析还原染料间接电化学染色残液中染料和媒介物质的浓度变化,确定循环使用残液染色时需补加10%媒介物质和定量的新鲜染液,循环染色织物的匀染性和K/S值均与初次染色织物相当。 Three kinds of mediators of sodium hydroxide, ferric sulfate and triethanolamine are applied to recycled process of indirect electrochemical vat dyeing with Vat Red R. The dyeings with recycled process have good levelness, as well as similar shade and brilliance compared with those with conventional hydrosulfite reduction process. The regenerated dyebath can be recycled by re- plenishing 10% mediator and enough fresh vat dyes for more than seven times. It is found that the dyeings with recycled dyebath feature the same levelness and K/S value as those with the initial dyebath.
