随着临床抗菌药物广泛使用以及新型超广谱抗生素的出现，非发酵菌的耐药性越来越严重，为此综合了国内外对非发酵菌耐药的研究，就其对碳青霉烯类及氨基糖苷类耐药性变迁作一综述，为临床经验性用药提供参考。

As clinical antibacterials and new super broad spectrum antibiotics are widely used, the ~roblem of non-fermentation drug-resistance increases seriously. Therefore a combination of domestic and foreign research on the non fermentation bacteria resistant to the carbapenerns and aminoglycosides has been summarized to provide a clinical experience administration reference.
