含两相结构环氧树脂灌封胶的研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 利用液体胺基丁腈(ATBN)与环氧树脂(EP)反应,制备了一种高韧性的EP灌封胶,并对其应力-应变曲线、动态力学分析(DMA)曲线及断面形貌进行了分析。研究结果表明:该EP灌封胶具有明显的两相结构,其高、低温Tg(玻璃化转变温度)分别为76℃和-61℃,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为38.8 MPa和17%;由该灌封胶制成的灌封结构件通过了耐湿热老化、耐船体低频振动和耐高低温等海洋环境应用的试验考核。 An EP (epoxy resin) pouring sealant with high toughness was prepared by reaction between liquid ATBN (amido-terminal butyronitrile) and EP, and its stress-strain curve, DMA (dynamic mechanical analysis) curve and fracture appearance were analyzed. The research results showed that the EP pouring sealant had the obvious two phase structure, its Tg(glass transition temperature) at high temperature or low temperature was 76 ℃ or -61 ℃, its tensile strength and elongation at break were .38.8 MPa and 17% respeetively. The pouring structure sample made by the pouring sealant could pass some tests (such as wet- heat aging resistance, low- frequency vibration resistance of hull, and high-low temperature resistance) in the marine environment application.
