抑郁症患者脑白质的弥散张量成像 被引量:8

A diffusion tensor imaging study on patients with major depressive disorder

摘要 目的采用弥散张量成像(DTI)技术探索抑郁症患者脑白质微结构完整性情况。方法对21例抑郁症患者和17例健康对照者行常规MRI和DTI扫描,采用基于体素分析的方法比较两组间各向异性分数(FA)值的差异。结果与健康对照者相比,抑郁症患者主要表现为右侧楔回、右侧距状回、左侧额上回内侧、左侧前扣带回、左侧边缘叶、右侧前额叶、右侧舌回、右侧后扣带和左侧中央前回的FA值减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论抑郁症患者存在脑内多脑区FA值减少,局部白质微结构受损。 Objective The application of diffusion tensor imaging( DTI) was used to explore the white matter integrity in patients with major depressive disorder( MDD). Methods Brain MR imaging using T1,T2 and DTI sequences was performed in 38 subjects( 21 depressed patients and 17 controls). Voxelwise statistical analysis of FA data was performed using voxel- based analysis( VBA). Results In patients with MDD,significant reduction in FA,an unspecific measure of microstructural tissue integrity,were found in the right cunues,right calcarine,the inside of left frontal gyrus,left anterior cingulate cortex,left limbic central gyrus,right prefrontal cortex,right lingual gyrus,right posterior cingulated and left precentral gyrus( P 〈0. 001). Conclusion The reduction of FA values in brain suggests white matter microstructure of patients with MDD was impaired.
