噪声性听力损伤与耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞钙调蛋白的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析不同程度的噪声性听力损失(NIHL)豚鼠耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞(SGC)钙调蛋白(Ca M)表达与永久性听阈位移(PTS)的关系,探讨NIHL的螺旋神经损伤机制。方法 SPF级健康雄性豚鼠60只随机分为对照组和85、95、105、115 d BSPL暴露组5组,除对照组正常饲养于小于50 d BSPL的环境外,其余4组分别予以85、95、105、115 d BSPL的高斯白噪声暴露,每天6 h,连续28 d,暴露前1 d和暴露结束后第7天进行听性脑干反应测量,暴露结束后第7天采用免疫组化技术分析SGC Ca M的表达水平。结果各组间PTS差异有统计学意义(F=327.04,P<0.01),随噪声暴露强度增加,PTS增加;各组SGC的Ca M表达水平差异有统计学意义(F=101.83,P<0.01),115 d BSPL暴露组明显高于其余各组(P<0.01),105 d BSPL暴露组明显高于对照组及85、95 d BSPL暴露组(P<0.01),95、85 d BSPL暴露组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论NIHL可导致SGC Ca M表达升高,并且Ca M可作为耳蜗SGC声损伤的评价指标。
