摘要
采用三元二次正交旋转组合设计方法,通过番茄无土栽培试验,研究营养液中氮、磷、钾浓度对番茄产量及番茄红素含量的影响。通过回归分析,建立了番茄产量、番茄红素含量与氮磷钾浓度间的数学模型,并对主效应、单因素效应及二因素互作效应和单因素边际效应进行了分析。合理施肥可有效提高番茄产量和番茄红素含量,本试验条件下在氮浓度9.970~10.860 mmol/L、磷浓度1.364~1.635 mmol/L、钾浓度5.113~5.158 mmol/L时,可以获得高产量和高番茄红素的番茄。
Using the quadratic orthogonal regressive design with three factors,a soilless culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium concentrations on tomato yield and lycopene content. The regression models were established,and the single and coupling effects of the three experimental factors were studied. The results showed that rational fertilization could effectively increase tomato yield and lycopene content. Under the conditions of this experiment,high tomato yield and lycopene content could be obtained at 9. 970 ~ 10. 860 mmol / L N,1. 364 ~ 1. 635 mmol / L P and 5. 113 ~ 5. 158 mmol / L K.
