摘要
由于我国铁路规范中并未提供环氧树脂胶与混凝土的黏结抗拉强度,预制节段拼装梁桥在设计时通常不考虑环氧树脂胶的抗拉贡献,仅作为抗裂性能的安全储备。本文专门设计了单纯轴向抗拉受力的模型试件,试验研究环氧树脂胶接缝的抗拉极限强度。通过多种工况的静力加载试验,得到了混凝土节段间环氧树脂胶接缝的抗拉极限强度,试验研究结果可为后续胶接缝节段拼装梁的设计和施工提供一定参考。
As the tensile bond strength of the epoxy resin adhesive to concrete is not available in the railway bridge codes in China,tensile contribution of the epoxy resin adhesive is not usually considered in the design of precast segmental assembling bridge.Instead,it was regarded as a safety reserve of crack resistance.In this paper,the axial tensile stress model of the specimen was specially designed and ultimate tensile strength of epoxy resin glued joint was studied.Through a variety of the static loading tests under various conditions,ultimate tensile strength of the epoxy resin joints between the adjacent concrete segments was obtained.Experimental results may be used for the design and construction of the glue joint of precast segmental assembling bridge in the future.
