摘要
针对板式无砟轨道轨道板与宽接缝界面开裂进行了调研,分析了开裂的特征、成因及其危害,并提出改进措施。结果表明:轨道板与宽接缝界面开裂宽度半数以上介于0.2-0.5 mm,实测最大宽度为1.7 mm;开裂与混凝土轨道板温差变形、干缩变形密切相关,理论计算裂缝宽度为1.64 mm。界面开裂后渗水将导致水泥沥青砂浆垫层出现唧浆、粉化等现象,采取预设凹槽及柔性嵌缝材料灌缝的技术措施可解决此问题。
In this paper,the interface cracking between track slab and wide joint of slab-type ballastless track was investigated,the cracking characteristics,causes and influences were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that more than half of interface cracking width is from0.2 mmto 0.5 mmand the measured maximumwidth is 1.7 mm,cracking is closely related to temperature deformation and dry shrinkage deformation of concrete track slab and theoretical calculation value of cracking width is 1.64 mm,seepage leads to pumping and pulverization of cement emulsified asphalt mortar layer after interface cracking,which can be solved by presupposing groove and crack pouring with flexible sealing material.
