大秦重载铁路轮轨垂直动荷载谱的研究

Research on wheel-rail vertical dynamic load spectrum for Datong-Qinhuangdao heavy haul railway

轨道荷载谱是轨道部件设计的重要参考依据。本文依托大秦重载铁路轨道动力学长期监测数据,对通过R500 m曲线、R800 m曲线和直线段等3个特征地段的25 t轴重C80重车轮轨垂直动荷载分布状况进行数理统计,绘制了不同线路特征条件下的轨道荷载谱,并通过轨道荷载谱揭示了25 t轴重疲劳荷载作用下的荷载分布特点。

Track load spectrumis an important reference for track component design.Based on long-termmonitoring data of Daqin heavy haul railway orbit dynamics,this paper made the mathematical statistics for C80 heavy truck wheel rail vertical dynamic load distribution with 25 t axle load in three characteristic locations which are R 500 mcurve,R 800 mcurve and straight line segment,drewthe different track load spectrumunder different railway line characteristics condition,and concluded the load distribution characteristics with 25 t axle fatigue loads by using track load spectrum.
