摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、六甲基二硅氧烷为原料,通过本体聚合得到一系列不同氨值、不同分子量大小的氨基硅油。采用单因素实验方法,得出了最佳反应条件,即反应温度110℃、反应时间3 h、催化剂用量0.1%、封端剂用量0.5%。采用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合非离子表面乳化剂、正丙醇为助乳剂乳化氨基硅油,制备出了颗粒透明、高稳定性的氨基硅油微乳液。此方法原料易得,成本低,反应操作简单、易于控制。
A series of amino-silicone oil with different amino value and molecular weighs were synthesized by bulk polymerization.Octamethyl cyclotetra-siloxane, N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane, hexamethyldisiloxane are the materials. The optimized reaction conditions (temperature 110℃, time 3 hours, catalyst 0.1% and end capped agent 0.5%)were drawn by single factor experiment. The micro-emulsions of amino-silicone oil were prepared by micro-emulsification and using appropriate non-ionic surfactants and auxiliary emulsifier. The amino-silicone oil micro-emulsion were transparent and stability. It's easy to get materials, low cost by this method.
