摘要
针对空分装置空压机出口管道特点,采用应力分析软件CAESARⅡ对该管进行建模分析,校核空压机和空冷塔管口荷载,找出管道设计不合理时管口推力或力矩过大的原因,提出设置限位架和选用大补偿量波纹管两种思路,以降低管口荷载。
Based on the characteristics of the air compressor outlet pipes in air separation unit, the pipe model was built by Caesar Ⅱ and the stress calculation of the pipeline was analysed simultaneously. The nozzle limit check for the air compressor outlet and the air cooling tower inlet were carried. The analysis result reveals the reasons of the undesirable nozzle load, which were obviously attributed to the inappropriate arrangement of the pipes. And the application of the limit frames and the expansion joints with large compensation dosage in the air compressor outlet pipeline was proposed to decrease the nozzle load.
